Provide a comprehensive assessment in any of the following areas - personal care, home care, shopping, cooking, working, parenting /caring, travelling, socialising or maintaining hobbies and interests
Collaborate with client and carers to create treatment programmes and make recommendations that aim to maximise a clients independence in areas that are important to them
Provide detailed reports with assessment findings and recommendations to employers, insurance agencies, care homes etc.
